We are pioneering an innovative digital community committed to sharing the power of God's love through integrated education, athletics, artistic expression, and spiritual formation.
Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary Executive Director to pioneer a global initiative that integrates sports, faith, and behavioral health through the transformative power of God's love. This 100% remote position offers the opportunity to shape and launch a ministry that bridges communities worldwide while fostering deep, authentic connections.
Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for launching a global faith and ministry initiative
- Create innovative programs that integrate sports, faith, and behavioral health services
- Foster a culture of authentic engagement and spiritual growth
- Lead with a Christ-centered approach that emphasizes both individual and community transformation
Program Development & Implementation
- Design and oversee programs that meaningfully connect sports, faith, and behavioral health
- Establish metrics for measuring program impact and spiritual growth
- Develop frameworks for sustainable community outreach and engagement
- Create pathways for in-person connection and relationship-building
Community Engagement & Outreach
- Lead vocal community outreach efforts across diverse global communities
- Build and nurture relationships with faith-based organizations, sports ministries, and behavioral health providers
- Facilitate authentic conversations and connections between community members
- Represent the organization at relevant conferences, events, and ministry gatherings
Spiritual Leadership
- Maintain and model a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Foster an environment of spiritual growth and discipleship
- Lead with biblical principles and Christian values
- Guide team members in their spiritual development
Qualifications
Required
- Strong personal faith and daily walk with Jesus Christ
- Proven leadership experience in faith-based organizations
- Background in sports ministry, behavioral health, or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead remote teams
- Excellence in written and verbal communication
- Track record of successful program development and implementation
