Schedule: Flexible, Part-Time (20 hours per week estimate).
Duration: Annual Appointment, Renewed Based on Performance

Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Program Director to lead our Homeless Outreach and Recovery initiatives. This unique position combines faith-based leadership with practical outreach experience, working alongside college students who are dedicated to making meaningful change in their communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop homeless outreach and recovery programs, incorporating faith-based principles and practices
- Share personal testimony and faith journey, particularly experiences related to homelessness, recovery, and/or abuse
- Mentor and collaborate with emerging student leaders who are passionate about addressing homelessness, substance abuse, and related social issues
- Design and implement programs that effectively engage college students in meaningful outreach activities
- Create and maintain partnerships with local organizations, churches, and community groups
- Develop training materials and resources that combine practical outreach strategies with faith-based perspectives
- Facilitate virtual meetings and workshops with student leaders across different locations
- Track program outcomes and impact metrics
- Contribute to the organization's overall strategic planning and growth
Qualifications
- Lived experience with homelessness, recovery, and/or abuse, and willingness to share these experiences as part of a faith journey
- Strong spiritual foundation and ability to integrate faith principles into program development
- Demonstrated experience in program management or related leadership role
- Understanding of trauma-informed care and recovery principles
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience working with college students or young adults (preferred)
- Background in social work, ministry, counseling, or related field (preferred)
